if i do not know the person
by hwat sicknesses is this practice dangerous ?
i mean to lick , and afterwards to wash the teeth by the tooth paste , right ?
or any thing else i need to do ?

Hi OP,

Well, considering you are from France, I would think you are used to the unwashed masses.

But how to protect yourself from licking a woman you just met? Let's see....oh, I don't know, in America we have this thing called a shower. And then there is soap and water in the shower.

So, after you meet someone and ask if they have any STD's and you don't wish to use a dental dam, etc. then I would recommend taking a shower or asking the woman to freshen up a tad.

Although in some cases, you may need a hazmat team to come in.

The first thing you need to do is not lick the Mistress at all unless you can be reasonably sure she doesnt have something nasty. This may require you getting to know her prior to licking her, which is generally not a bad idea all round, or it may require you to ask her, which may result in no licking whatsoever, except of your wounds.

Failing this, Google images will probably be able to give you some ideas of what to look for, before diving in as it were, although by that stage it may be somewhat impolite to pull out.

Don't do it. Both of you first get std scans. Because teeth brushing won't eliminate herpes.

Beyond that, dental dams and female condoms. Go talk to your health care provider.

Not true.  Toothbrushing is 100% effective in blocking STDs if it is done instead of sex.  [:D]

The risk of contracting an std through oral are significantly minimized compared to having unprotected penetration.

I have licked gash that I had no idea from where it came. 

"Don't put that in your mouth you don't know where it's been!!!!"

You can get everyone tested, you can boil your personal drinking water, you can always look before you leap.......And life would suck ass.

Gonna treat this as serious for the sake of possible readers - generally speaking, she's more at risk for disease than you are if you go down on her with no protection.  The absolute worst you are likely to get is oral herpes (aka cold sores), though there is a minuscule chance you could pick up HIV. 

For future encounters, I offer the following advice - look, sniff, and touch before you lick.  Seeing sores, scars, or discharge are a pretty strong warning signs, as are "fishy," sour, or otherwise unpleasant smells.  Please her with your fingers before you touch to both build up anticipation and do one last check for discharge or scarring you might not have seen.  Use a dental dam if anything you see worries you.  Hell, use a dental dam even if you don't see anything worrisome.  If you think you may have been exposed to something contagious, there are morning-after drugs that prevent certain STI's.  Talk to your doctor about them.

Be willing to do your part to protect your partner as well.  Get tested frequently for STD's, and clean your mouth with a good mouthwash before playtime.  DO NOT brush your teeth immediately before giving oral unless you follow up with mouthwash.  Brushing, even with toothpaste, does very little to sterilize the inside of your mouth.

And, depending on your oral hygiene, it can sometimes make your gums bleed, which isn't going to be good if she does have something nasty down there.

I used to do it many times , but I never was thinking about HIV or some herpes , I just washed the teeth , and drink milk afterwards .
Milk has ability to destroy all infections.

I picked up the genital warts germ by giving oral to my Mistress at the time. I found out later She was treated for genital warts 14 years earlier. I only did it the one time and She had been told at the time of Her treatment She'd only be contagious for two or three weeks after treatment! With all the nasties i've seen growing in milk, I dont believe it would have much effect on infections except for making them worse!

Milk has the ability to destroy all infections? I seriously doubt that. I drink milk constantly... it keeps me alive because that is the only steady food source because food often makes me ill... but it hasn't stopped any infection I sometimes get. Do you have to inject it or what?

Even if your gums aren't this sensitive, brushing can still cause very small abrasions/cuts which you aren't even aware of. Brushing your teeth before oral is one of the worst things you can do when you're not sure if your partner is clean.
