I have facilitated many many STD and HIV seminars, best practices are to:
1. make sure both parties are tested
2. Use protection (dental dams etc)
3. don't eat pussy you aren't familiar with :)
4. Run for the hills if it smells (pussy shouldn't smell like fish...), is seeping, or is bumpy....
