When ya got a rack like mine, you'll practically give yourself  a nosebleed without a bra!

If I do not wear a bra for more than a couple of hours it is painful for me... 36 DDs need support from my experience.. my chest is heavy.

Did you notice there was no mention of a blow job?

I am sorry for your dilemma, it sounds very painful. I hope you find a comfy solution.

I used to suffer something similar for many years

For many woman fluid can be trapped in the lymph glands or milk ducts   and can cause a lot of swelling and pain ... its quite a common occurance due to changes in hormones ....

massage can  be very very usefull in helping gently drain the fluid out ... especially if you do it before it builds up each month ..for me I did it several times over the couple of days b efopre my period .. and during .... I didnt have a chance to check but if you google lymph drainage  or lymph massage ... you mind find sugestions and diagrams on how best to do it ... I was trained by a very good massage therapist

You can do it to yourself although its quite lovely to have someone else do it for you .... basicaly you use all the fingers/palm of your hands and either with oils, corn starch (corn starch is great but it does make a mess ) or whilst in the shower ... in gentle but even (a level of firmness is required  but not rough ) strokes .... from the center wall between your breasts follow the curve on top and then on the bottom to the center under your arm... so its not directly  across your breast  but following the natural curves above and below  and you are not pressing into your chest... but more into the breast  flesh .... then down the side of your ribs .... so you are helping to manual stimulate the drainage of fluids using the lymph pathways

I prefer laying down whilst its being done .... and a good walk after wards really helps as it stimulates the lymph system to get rid of the extra fluids

hope you find a solution that suits you

All right, I'm going to school for massage therapy right now, and that is NOT part of the curriculum!!!

*winks* I bet they also do not teach  tantra massage skills .. shame really
I originaly had it done by a lover who happened to be a massage therapist and  he was trained in multiple modalities of physical and massage therapies  and had been practising for about 15 years or so  ...  I do know he would not use such technigues on general customers unless he had a very good and well established relationship with them
..... there is definitly a theraputic aspect to it .. I can personaly vouch for  the posative effects   *grins* ....But I love that  its also just down right  yummy  when done by the  right 'other' person in the right circumstances...

I  have had similar from a female massage therapist at a health retreat ... she specilised in lymph massages, in particular for post cancer treatment  patients  and other such long term illneses/whole of body issues  ...  it was  a very different  experience, I can tell you *laughs*  she  had  amazing skills, was in her 70's  and there was no sexual/sensual element to it ... she was the one who used cornstarch which has such a  surprising  lovely feeling on skin .. so different from oils .....  but it was still a very effective treatment... part of the thinking at that retreat was that lymph drainage in general  helps the body deal with healing from disease... so things that supported the lymph system in gentle ways would help the body heal  itself and recover

I have a real aversion to underwire bras and have found the Bali brand wirefree to be the best lasting support. This one is similar to a few I bought from them that are a microfiber. Not as tight as a binder type sports bra but more support than a shelf bra.
