Piercing ANYTHING is going to cause soreness in the area for awhile. You just had someone shove a metal object through your flesh, and a tender part of your flesh at that! Any area that moves a lot, gets banged around a lot, and gets "contacted" with a lot is going to end up getting sore now-and-again. You're pissing the piercing off, and re-opening the wound that's there. Sea-Salt soaks and anti-bacterial soap is what I recommend for you to use all the time. Twice a day with Sea-Salt soaks (1 teaspoon of NON-IODIZED sea-salt with 1 cup of nice warm distilled water) for about 10 minutes on each nipple. In between the Sea-Salt soaks, try not to lie on your stomach, wear nice supportive COTTON bras (especially if they're sore), and try to limit play with the actual piercing. Do you have a CBR (Captive ring), Horseshoe ring, or barbell? Do you wear nipple clamps, shields? If it's a ring, you might want to change it to a bar. I noticed that with all my piercings that the curvier the barbell, the slower it'll heal...even AFTER A YEAR. If you haven't already, switch to a barbell when it's sore. Use anti-bacterial soap on it in the shower instead of shower gels/foams and other highly perfumed soaps.
