I've heard (and seen *shudder*) that people pierce their gums, but this is something totally different. I have quite a few piercings myself, but I wouldn't touch anything that extreme.

and yes, I am aware that it's a PhotoShop picture, I was talking about the pierced gums being extreme (although the teeth would be pretty bad too)

what about implanting gems into your eyes? people are doing that now.

I've actually seen that in person, it looks neat, but it's rather distracting when you are talking to a person (and I imagine it's painful to get).

How about a nice brain piercing? Doesn't seem as if there's much that hasn't been pierced on a person, but havent' heard of a brain piercing! Who'll be the first to volunteer?
