That's a very good article, Bella. And one I can not take issue with. here comes the big BUT..................... That study had nothing to do with circumcision. As stated in my article, the one that actually deals with what you stated in post 121: There is a six hour window of stress on the newborn after circumcision. Your article is talking about other stressors. Not only that, but they tormented the poor mice for months to get these results. From infancy to adulthood. There is no reference to having tormented the mice for 6 hours resulting in lifetime of depression and other stress related complications. Your study specifically states it researched vasopressin and how it affected stress in the baby mice. Vasopressin is secreted by the posterior pituitary gland, not the hypothalmus. In Post # 121 you cite the hypothalmus, now you are citing the posterior pituitary. You are using apples to discuss oranges and calling them plums. mbmbn
