Since you Southern bashing, Yankee Pricks have no knowledge of history..... and evidently don't know what a MAP is.... I will spell it out:
1) The Toronto school board was the first to use this particular tactic;
2) Toronto is very much above the Mason-Dixon line;
3) Generalizations such as "dirty south" and "redneck" and "backward" are as wrong as those based on race, gender, sexual preference, or religion. Don't want to be called names, then don't call names!
