you can use the feet on the bed if you have those. you might want to try just a type of hogtie, ankle to wrist to wrist to ankle. that way you'd be in a doggy style position. or he could flip you on your butt to use your mouth. if you have a saw and drill I'd suggest making a spreader bar for like 6 bucks. I'd suggest an 18" and a 2.5' pair. just a thickish wooden dowel, probably about 3/4" thick, drill holes in each end and put in a screw eye (if you don't drill you'll probably split the wood). dowel should be about $4 for a 4' piece, that's why you need the saw. screw eyes are like $2 for a pack of 10. I'd also suggest drilling a hole or two along the actual shaft (although that's harder, be careful because the drill will try to slip off on you, and always make sure you have something you don't mind getting holes in underneath), so you can tie an ankle to each end and the wrists in the middle. I'd suggest two hole in the middle, that way she can't open one cuff with her other hand, like she can if they're right next to each other.
oh and just a reminder, if you're going to put rope on skin don't use knots that tighten under tension. I usually suggest a french bowline (which is just a bowline with more loops to help prevent digging into the skin). butterfly knot works well too and you can tie it when you don't have an end. you can also use it to take up slack if you tied a little loose and don't want to mess with the knots you already tied. A prusik knot works really well for getting rid of slack too. prusik is a little harder to learn than the other two, but I'd suggest it.
and for under the bed bondage, the key is using the corners and not having slack in the rope. so diagonally across the bed. so starting from the bed, pick a corner, pull the rope under about a foot from the corner on one side, then back around about a foot on the other side. then across the bed to the other corner. do the same thing. tie some butterfly knots in the rope so you have attachment points to tie other rope to. then tie the rope together. I'd suggest a prusik knot. it slides when you push it but won't move under tension. for this application I'd suggest using about 3/8" to 1/2" rope, twisted holds knots a little better than braided. and you can use something a little cheaper than nylon because it won't be on skin so you don't have to worry about irritation. polypropylene is a good bet it's about half as expensive. I would get nylon though because then you can use it on skin later.
for length you'll need at least 2.5 times the length of your bed from corner to corner, I'd probably plan for 3, and try tying it before cutting it any shorter, and don't forget the butterfly knots because those take up length too. should be under 50' though. But twice that if you want two ropes, which i'd suggest, so you can have anchor points at all four corners.
oh, and if you want cuffs I'd suggest getting those orange cable cuffs from a hardware store. large for the ankles and probably a large for the wrists, maybe a medium if she's got tiny hands. between 1 and 2 bucks each. get some large split keyrings for them too (attachment points, like the d-rings on your cuffs), I think 1" was too small. 1.5" should work and I know with 2" you can attach two together. they're good entry level handcuffs although it's just possible to open them up with the hands tied. maybe a pair for the ankles and for the wrists you can use the Velcro cuffs. but they're better than lever lock cuffs (cheaper too. and thicker so they don't dig in as much)
