The Bussiness looses the right to operate for 10 days. a second violation they lose thier liscences for ever.

So the business changes it's name or operating officer and they are back in business

The 1000$ fine you refer to is a minimum.

Since they do not use the current laws which are much more stringent why would you expect them to enforce anything stronger than the minimum?

But you know that and have been busted several times editing your quotes to try to make a point. Its rather pathetic, but the best you can do.

If that were true you would post it up. It is not so you just run your mouth.

Also the state is required to report to the Feds. these are all in addition to the Federal laws.

Before you said the state was not required to enforce federal laws and now you seem to have changed your mind.

The link clearly states that the penality for hiring illegal aliens is a misdomeanor and carries only a slap on the wrist fine of $1000.
Now you add that there are licensing issues that the employer might face....the federal law puts them in prison and can confiscate thier business. Your bigotry is not evenly thinly disguised.
The federal law says it is a felony and for the first offense. It is punishable by a $10,000 fine per illegal and/or five years in the federal penitentary per illelgal where there is no parole.
Once again your lying bullshit has been exposed.

Arizona may turn off the electricity to Los Angeles. Since LA gets 25% of their electricity from Arizona, and Arizona is continually being threatened by the Mayor of Los Angeles, Arizona has now played the trump card. Let's see how long LA can last without riots when the electricity goes off this summer.

Hahahahahaha do you think the President is going to step in and tell them both to knock this shit off or do you think 2 states are actually going to go through with this little skirmish?

Just pray they don't strike an alliance with Nevada.

After all, if we nuke ourselves, we might nuke back.

On the bright side if we do go all civil war over this Arizona won't have to worry about illegal immigration anymore because you can't illegally migrate from Mexico to Mexico.

Yeah but I'm not too fussed on giving it back. Arizona I suppose we could live without, but not Texas or Vegas or Cali.

You may be on to something here, Bella. After all, why bother immigrating from Mexico to.......Mexico.

See, if we just conquered Mexico and Canada, like some had wanted, we wouldn't have these problems, and it would still be cheaper and easier than eliminating illegal immigration.

Then, hell, how hard can it be to keep control of a border with Guatemala and Belize? It's not like boat people are crossing from Russia to Alaska.

The neocons would love it, the protectionists would love that NAFTA would then be irrelevant, and we'd have all new coastline from which to drill for oil.

Aww but I like the fact that Canada is its own country. It's like our nicer gentler cousin who's really fun to hang out with.

No, Texas took Texas from Mexico, then joined us voluntarily.

Your knowledge of history is fatally flawed.

Huh?

Read a book, thompson.

Read your posts too. You're contradicting Texas taking Mexico by claiming Texas took Mexico.
