LB, don't be so harsh on yourself. You didn't do anything wrong. Next time, try to orgasm without the VM or the picture (or perhaps use one, but not both). Once you get over the edge the first time, see if you can keep going a couple more times without extra help. Yes, you want to get him out of your head, but focus your efforts on the rest of your thinking, not while you are pleasuring yourself. As you get less drawn to him in general, and start becoming attracted to other people, he will start fading from your sexuality as well.
