Officers of the Law can only enforce Laws that they are empowered to.

That's why Arizona passed this law.

If it were utterly meaningless why would yall oppose it so vehemently?

So the reality in both of your examples is that the actions are illegal on the state, local, and federal levels. Which is the situation In Arizona now (or will be after the law becomes active) reagarding immigration and the employment of Illegal Aliens

wait, let me answer:  their countries are so HORRIFIC and deserving of NOTHING from them, they want to be here, their countries should be empty and broke in a decade, therefore the US should just take them over as extra states, AND why do they DEMAND with no humility what they would not dare demanding of their own countries? Because from their countries they would get a KICK IN THE TEETH or a bullet in the head! but the US with it's generosity and politically correct and guilt trip-libs will give them lots of freebies with tax payer's $, and, and BTW i'm not a bigot, and i am of Latin European descent/ VIVA the USA!

You posted a link to the law in post #49.
The link clearly states that the penality for hiring illegal aliens is a misdomeanor and carries only a slap on the wrist fine of $1000.
The federal law says it is a felony and for the first offense. It is punishable by a $10,000 fine per illegal and/or five years in the federal penitentary per illelgal where there is no parole.
Once again your lying bullshit has been exposed.

Actually, in *everyone's* mind, a misdemeanor is a crime. There are two types of crimes, felony is one, misdemeanor is the other.

Though in *my* mind, sneaking into this country *should* be a felony. I say make it a felony to be involved with illegal immigration in any capacity -- sneaking into the country; renting a property to an illegal; hiring an illegal; anything.

Status: offline 		DomYngBlk, if you really feel like that then why don't you invest in Mexico.  Bring some of your money down there and build a factory.  Hire Mexicans, give them fair wages and benefits so they can take their Mexican money home to their Mexican families.  Make it easier on them.  Give them reason to stay in their country while you make money off it too.
