Urine is sterile. However fecal matter is most definitely NOT sterile.

I met a Domina around two years ago, she is much younger than I, very sensual and over time increased the power exchange. Amusing reading peoples reactions. Nothing in this thread sickened or shocked me. I thought we all knew by now there really are no more limits to what humans get up to.

As for the OP question, that worries me but the rest is just part of life. I find war and Napalm more offensive IMO

to OP, and your question:
while it is safe to drink one's own piss--and usually safe to drink the piss of another (assuming they are healthy), eating poop is really not considered a safe practice. Even the feces of a healthy person contains bacteria (and can often contain parasites), it's an exceptionally easy way to spread a variety of infections and diseases (Hepatitis A-- being a particularly bad one--and the carrier may not even know that he/she has it).
There are a large number of truly unpleasant viruses (norovirus) for example, that is initially acquired through fecal contact/improper handwashing after using the toilet.....not fatal to those with healthy immune systems, but will make you and anyone you spread the virus to, absolutely miserable.  There are also many parasitic and bacterial infections that can make a healthy adult very unhealthy in a short amount of time.

Quite honestly, I do not know a healthy safe way (short of using dental dams for oral to anal contact) to suggest that you and your slave indulge in this activity that doesn't pose certain health risks--from a communicable disease standpoint, your particular fetish is problematic. So if you both choose to continue to engage in such, it's "buyer beware"--and at the very least, ensure that you both clean up/wash up after play before handling food or anything else, to prevent the transmission of bugs.
