There is a ton of junk out there. And I will freely admit that I have not always been the best at watching what I eat. I do much better now. Our diets are over-processed and even our fresh foods, unless you know a local organic grower, are often laden with pesticides and genetically modified seeds. yech

*update* It was nothing! No sore throat, no ill effects. Just a hiatal hernia, nothing serious. Thanks for the comments and info.

Grats that's great news! I have developed a serious case of acid reflux and dread that I might have to go through all the stuff again
