try sprinkling brewer's yeast on your food - it's filled with nutrients and is a good way to get some extra calories. also, if your cholesterol is otherwise good and you're not at risk for problems there, eating eggs with yolk and drinking full fat milk is not a bad way to get extra calories.

Everyone, the OP is 20 years old. When I was 20 I weighted 87 lbs. Some of us are just really skinny when we are that young. switch, don't worry about this. your weight will come back but you'll likely be anorexic thin until your a little older :-)
