FR- There is loud and then there is LOUD. It seems this woman is way beyond being as vocal as most people would like. And the excuse that she can't seem to stop is a bunch of nonsense. Ask any parents, keeping the noise to a minimum is completely possible when necessary. I would say that being threatened with jail time qualifies as being "necessary." Seems to me the woman is just rude and has no consideration for her neighbors.

A couple of us were talking about this at the office today. Seems this was the consensus at the office too.
