From a Top point of view - I'm very interested in investing in a good flogger/getting back into flogging, it has been a while, so I admit I am WAY out of practice, and I never was much of an 'expert' to begin with , anyway - I have varied physical limitations on my hands. I commented on another thread that I wasn't sure I was even physically capable of wielding a Flogger these days, but I'd like to try. Basically I have peripheral neuropathy, along with some other muscle spasm type issues. On a good day this can mean perhaps no more than a bit of mild, hardly noticeable, stiffness and/or pins and needles in my hands, on a bad day it can be I'm struggling to perform the tasks of basic day to day living (getting dressed, brushing one's hair, being able to use a knife and fork properly, walking, and so on) because I lose control/power over the finer motor movements/skills of my hands, and in my legs and arms, along with sensation (except for pain, and lots of). Obviously for a 'Bad Day' example I wouldn't even consider trying to pick up a Flogger, let alone 'wield' one in that situation, and that is at the more extreme end of the spectrum. Most days fall somewhere inbetween. So, with that in mind, can anyone recommend anything that might be helpful/useful? Any sites, books, videos, etc, any tips on what to look for in a Flogger, techniques I can use/that are recommended, and so on and so forth. Thanks in advance.
