I am still trying to locate "The World According to Monsanto", I know it's on youtube, but would like to see a DVD format.  "Food, Inc" should be required viewing for anyone who cares about the disastrous ag/food business.

Amy's Organics are good, but they're all vegetarian.  There are frozen foods that are organic, you can find them at Whole Foods and other such places.  You should also watch The Future of Food.  You might want to read Fast Food Nation, which was pivotal in exposing ag business.  I also strongly recommend The Corporation even though this documentary is geared more about corporations in general.  There are several interviews with people like Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn and many more.    You can download transcripts of the interviews in that link.

I eat meat and even arby's.

I do NOT eat 6 month old meat...that is NOT food. I require food to live.....it's an odd phenomena that Jeff doesn't but....I'm still human sadly.
