as a result of tins of binge eating during the last few weeks of food that are waaay out from my typical diet of healthy food, i've been indulging in food that is terrible for me. tons of deep dish pizza from two lay-overs in chicago, tons of doughnuts from Voo-Doo doughts in Portland, tons of fried seafood from my 3 day stay at baltimore's inner harbor....the list goes on. i loved every minute of it, but i am feeling the effects big time. besides water(i'm on that already) and getting back to my regular diet, what else can i do to help to process of food detox?
