Here's something I learned from LA Weight Loss For 2 days, you eat all the green leafy veggies you want, and as much protien as you want (chicken or turkey), BUT 4 times a day you eat a quarter of a cantaloupe (basically one cantaloupe a day for 2 days). Don't ask me why it works, but it does. After 2 days go onto a normal balanced diet. Also, for those times that you want to loose a little extra water weight: fill an 8 to 12 ounce glass with water as hot as you can stand to drink. Add the juice of one half lemon, and drink it straight down. Do this twice in the morning and the excess water weight will go. Again, don't know why it works, but it does. edited for typos.
