Well, just because she is asking on multiple discussion boards does not mean she does not have issues.  It merely means she wants all the information out there.

Anyway, after doing a google search on the name.  I've got to ask.

You have a fiance and you still have numerous want ads or whatever you want to call them out there.  He does not mind that you are still trolling?

Of course that question is directed at defiant.

I'm starting to wonder about your ability to make rational decisions.  You cancelled the surgery, great... but you cancelled it for all the wrong reasons.  At this point, you have a lightbulb that has burned out and needs replacing, and your solution is the bulldoze the house.  Seriously.

Were you looking for knowledge and help, or were you looking for validation for your doctor's plan of action?  Or were you just looking to rant and really don't have any intention of taking charge of your own health and becoming an informed patient?

Seriously.

apparently this drama tends to happen in september for some odd reason, generally menopausal symptons each time she's always SURE it's something else, something worse. why she's doing it, who the fuck knows!

Wow...how did you find something like that? It is kind of creepy, honestly.

I find this whole thread really, really sad, as many have tried to help with so much good advice and empathy.

Wow, is all I can say again and I usually have better words.

some new search engine, similar to google, it's called 'bing'

I cancelled the surgery scheduled for September 21. I'm trying to get medicaid first since the company I work for doesn't provide health insurance and that might take some time. Surgery is too expensive without insurance.

Did Planned Parenthood have anything to offer locally?

To the OP:

First of all, I am sorry that you are going through all of this hell.   I would be scared and confused if someone told me I may and may not have cancer.
I am not doctor, but I know that feers of dying can come from being overwhelmed.  That is the question I am answering.
The rest of the folks have a lot of good advice, but the best advice I saw in the dialog was be aggressive and take someone with you.
My concern is your fear of dying.   If there is someone in your community you can speak with about this problem, please do.   You need a good support group that can listen and help you.

Best Wishes,

DommeJennice

Regarding the abnormal pap: a friend of mine is going through this now.
She had High abnormal pap results come back and her doctor did a colposcopy with a biopsy.
When the biopsy results came back, she called my friend and explained that she wants to do a LEEP procedure on her and why.

The doctor is feeling very confident that this will yield a good outcome.

I was getting abnormal pap smears for over a year at one point and they spoke of pre-cancerous cells and I about hit the floor...my doctor told me not to worry as there are many reasons for this...I had a colposcopy done and a biopsy ...worry worry worry to the point where i couldn't sleep. I am now with 2 years under my belt of clean pap smears..I had a very large ovarian cyst, I mean large- the size of a grapefruit and perhaps that was causing my abnormal pap smears- its' removed and I feel great now.
