You hit the nail right on the head! Simple statements like "good girl" or "good boy" can really go far in moitvating a sub/slave to do his/her best for their Master/Mistress. I know previously there was nothing more exhiliarating than to hear words like spoken to praise My efforts.

I was going to say being in love is all the motivation I need and being with someone who actually "gets" me, which is how one can achieve what porcelaine said above.
