I have a very close friend who was overweight in part because of taking various medications. Through having his doctor adjust some of the medication, changing his eating habits and beginning an exercise program; he eventually dropped over 80 pounds. (Not sure what that equals in kilos). But the most important thing is to love yourself as you are and because you love and value yourself, make long term goals to improve your health and stick with them. There is no need to be a stick figure with no boobs and no hips. Smiles, Vendaval
