It’s a simple question, but one I haven’t been able to find in litres-gallons anywhere on the net.

I'm going to be Objectified for a few days, and part of this will involve drinking my own urine. A "Camel Back" will ensure I get all the water I need (with an electrical-stimulator ensuring never too sever muscle cramp).

So we are both keen for me to drink as much as my urine as safely possible (or at least have the ability to do so).
Does anyone have any idea what the volume could be?

I know it could never be a completely scientific answer as urine concentration varies on diet-water consumption. A lot of salt from you-the other person’s diet must be just one thing to make a big safety difference.

So just calling on all people’s knowledge-experience.

This is actually something the person objectifying you should know.

"...In 1975, one of the founders of Miles Laboratories, Dr. A. H. Free, published his book Urinalysis in Clinical Laboratory Practice, in which he remarked that not only is urine a sterile body compound (purer than distilled water), but that it is now recognized that urine contains literally thousands of compounds. Among the urine constituents mentioned in Dr. Free's treatise is a list of nutrients that will knock your socks off. Here's just a few...

Alanine, Arginine, Ascorbic acid, Allantoin, Amino acids, Bicarbonate, Biotin, Calcium,  Creatinine, Cystine, DHEA, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Folic acid, Glucose, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Inositol,  Iodine, Iron, Lysine, Magnesium, Manganese, Melatonin, Methionine, Nitrogen, Ornithane, Pantothenic acid, Phenylalaline, Phosphorus, Potassium, Proteins, Riboflavin,  Tryptophan, Tyrosine, Urea,  Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12,  Zinc/

Stories have been told of individuals who have both lived and died by being trapped in places without food and water for days. Those that survived did so because they drank their own urine, those that perished did not. The ones that died probably could not overcome the mis-informed thoughts that urine is a waste product of the body. It's not. It's just a substance the body secretes that contains elements not needed at the time...."

It's a bit of a myth, urine is only sterile while inside the body and only for the person, if you drink the urine of another person, it's a different story...

The blanket statement "urine is sterile, nobody needs to worry" is a bit misleading

Please note that the website this is quoted from is not considered a "reputable" source in the medical community.  BioMedx is essentially an info-mercial trying to sell you products....so buyer/reader beware. Nothing on that website has been scientifically proven in a controlled lab setting--and nothing they claim on their website has been verified by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC)

Urine is sterile if caught using a "clean catch" method, in a sterile medical collection specimen jar. Drinking your own urine is considered to be a moderately safe activity--drinking others, not as much--there are always pros and cons--risk and benefits to any activity.  There have been several threads already on this, I believe.

In terms of quantity-- remember that ANYTHING in excess can be detrimental to your body--even water.  My suggestion to you and your Domme--everything in moderation.  Better to leave you hungry (or in this case, thirsting) for more, than to overdo it.

Don't do this if you are on any medication as you could accidentally take a higher dose than required. Since most medication is not absorbed entirely by the body and is eliminated by the urine, drinking your own will give you more than you are prescribed.

Hey DesFIP-
have you noticed that almost 10 times out of 10, when someone posts in the Health & Safety question along the lines of "is this safe? should I do this?  the answer is almost always....no....
just noticing a trend...

In any forum, if someone has to ask "is this safe?" the answer is always no. The op is looking for a guarantee, which isn't going to happen.

Making the assumption that the person peeing is healthy ( you need to check) then the main danger with drinking urine is the salinity. If the salinity gets too high the kidney's in the body will be damaged. So its not a question of how much urine you can drink before that occurs. The questions is how much salt is in the urine? And that question is not easily answered. You can decrease the risk by diluting the urine with water. Unfortunately there is no real safe way to answer this question.

One of the important things about drinking your own pee, especially if it is for a few days, is you drink lots and lots of water and I mean LOTS.
Your pee is about 95 percent water, which is great except the other 5 percent is a fairly toxic waste product that can become especially hazardous when consumed repeatedly.
When you put that 5 percent of waste back in your body, some of it ends up back in your kidneys and the more you re-drink it the more concentrated it will become. You need to keep flushing those kidneys or your going to get ill. You could even go into kidney failure.
Don’t do this if your taking potassium or calcium supplements.

If you start to feel unwell STOP.
So keep drinking the water and you should be fine. Good luck and have fun.

Well,  I wouldn't make such a firm claim that he'll be "fine."  Anything in excess can be harmful, including....water.  yes, overdrinking water can kill you--there is such thing as water intoxication--the resulting electrolyte imbalance can cause seizures and death.  The OP gives me the impression that he wants to push the limits of just how much he can consume--  there is no magic quantity here as a cutoff--   moderation should be exercised when it comes to ingestion of urine.  seems like common sense!

Your right of course and I’m glad you pointed this out. Generally people don’t like water but I would suggest that whenever you pee, you drink a glass of water and not take a few sips to freshen your mouth.
I have drunk pee many times but never over an extended period and I always have a glass of water afterward. If I was just to sip a little then my mouth quickly becomes parched and I get a headache. Urine dehydrates the body and when your dehydrated you often stop drinking.
So not liters or gallons, but a glass full. Six gulps is a good measure because its about the same as a mug of coffee.

The problem is that there is no reasonable way to answer your question.

How much isn't the only variable here.  There's also your state of health, her state of health, what is in her diet, as well as yours (to include other liquids), medications that she might be on, etc, etc.  That's why you're not finding a standard answer out there because any of these other variables is going to change the answer.

The key is to make sure you are able to urinate. This is VITAL & if you are forced to hold your urine after you have had a lot to drink- it COULD result in death.

I spent a few years in the army and when speaking with a higher ranking individual who went to survival training he informed during his training they were thought it was safe to drink your own urine for up to 7 days. That was based on the idea that this was all of the fluids you would be consuming. If you are also drinking fresh water you should have no problem what so ever. It would be a good idea to be well hydrated at the onset of this situation. The more diluted your urine is to begin with the longer you can drink it. Also if you are not physically exerting yourself to the point of heavy sweating you will excrete most of that water through you urine which will also further extend the safe period of drinking your own urine.

Also when you do urinate make sure you inspect it. The clearer it is the safer if you go with only drinking urine and no water be mindful the darker and more yellow it turns the more and more dehydrated you are getting.

Probably the smart thing would not to be drinking all of your urine. Allowing your body to purge its waste periodically. As said before, clear is good. I wouldn't drink any of your urine if it is foggy, and I wouldn't if it is very yellow either.
