I am a corset lover too; they just look great on me extra curvy figure. I have 2 off the rack that are not "real" corsets, just for looks, and then 1 black silk that will cinch my waist very nicely. A tip for corset buyers: custom measurements should include your torso length, there is nothing more uncomfortable than a tight corset with a steel bone digging in your arm pit. This is not good pain! Also, look for a busk as opposed to a zipper. Any corset that closes with a zipper will have limitations in terms of how well it will hold you in. So look for a busk in front with ties in back, or ties both front and back. I'd like to learn how to make my own and have done some research in that area. There is a reason a good corset that actually works is so expensive, they are a LOT of work.
