And interestingly enough.... it's usually a parasite...the mollusk forms a sac around the parasitic agent (or other irritant) and the subsequent secretions forms our pearl. oh the irony.

While I can't speak for other Dominants.... What I've come to embrace about being a Dom as part of my own lifestyle is that... I don't have to fly out of control, throw or toss a temper tantrum to get my way, or engage in mindless violence when I'm upset. The aspects of self control (compared to wacked out vanilla's that are not). I mean yeah, I might punish somebody, but they know straight up WTF is going on and not have to literally fear for their fucking life. I might use and abuse them for my own pleasure, but it's for just that, not cause I'm full of hatred for life. There are more than enough Domineering vanilla men with lack of self control in this world. There are also plenty of men that are totally passive aggressive as well, or that feel awkward in stepping up to the plate with backbone when required. If somebody thinks that WTF some of us all do is not actually part of our lifestyle, they should reflect upon matters a little more and take a deeper look.

Pulling out the ever so popular and over used "Get a Life" phrase... (I'm smiling out of pure Entertainment now)... Yeah, there's many textbook definitions that do and don't apply... Trust me, I'm not offended but rather amused. Every so often I'll feed the bears, trolls and anything else that's crawls out from dark places. I do take some aspects of life seriously... (putting on my best impression of Richard Dean Anderson from SG-1) "and this is a bad thing how?" It's not like I don't have a sense of humor let alone a life. (Double checking my pulse and taking a moment to reflect upon the true quality of my life). I'll be certain to schedule an appointment with Dr. House this next week. Don't get me wrong, I understand that some people are just into the Kinky sex aspects of all this madness. However, it does, it can and will extend past just being kinky sex for many other people. Despite the misconceptions and delusional beliefs expressed in contrast to this. The reality is such, I exist therefore I am... it sort of screws with certain peoples one wayisms. Then again to quote Bender from the Breakfast Club "Screws fall out all the time, the world is an imperfect place."

In all fairness, while some people on this site are a bit "odd", I met quite a lot of lovely people on here. But I guess we're both in a charmed position, happily partnered with plenty of opportunities to get our kink on. It must be frustrating if you're looking, feel lonely, are paranoid somebody might actually expect something from you and wondering why it doesn't work - instead of taking a good look of what you're doing wrong, it's so much easier to blame others...

There are a great many dominants and submissives on this site, many of whom are in happy long term relationships. By your own admission, you aren't either of those nor looking for either of those, so why are you denigrating relationships that do not correspond with what you claim to be looking for?
