You're asking questions that really can't be answered with anything but vague guesses. You'll have some amount of swelling and discomfort that may or may not affect your speaking or eating. You may or may not find yourself biting your tongue for a while until you're used to the differences in mobility. Depending on your particular anatomy, they might not be able to do much or they may be able to extend the reach of your tongue a great deal. If you want more than that, someone is going to have to go under the hood as it were, and check things out firsthand. ~stef
