Yes Butch, any of us can keep our own score cards and you can have your own 10 criteria slots and I can have my own 12 criteria slots for our scoring system as to come up with some ranking of propensity to violence. My own scoring system takes into account very simple statistics, like how many people have died as a result. For some reason, the US government came out worse than Muslim terrorists on that score.

I would not argue that such is not entirely possible. But aside from the fact that this would suggest even further that the preacher had malice aforethought in his premeditated action, the whole focus on 'religion' here completely overlooks every other consideration, and I wonder if it ever occurs to anybody the economic and other situations of these people?

Some people who live in dire poverty got their cage rattled and went on a rampage.
In the US where many people had nice homes and decent jobs, the worst war mongering demagogues got elected as President, solidly, for the last 30 years. We don't need to be violent ourselves, we just elect people to do the job for us. Quit asking how those very poor people got riled into violence, with the ultimate lameness of blaming it all on their religion. The better and more pertinent question is: why does a fat and happy country keep electing the most violent leaders?
So to answer your question; no, at least some who hold the Christian faith, in present time, do not react as violently as people who live in countries invaded by the West or attacked by Israel, just to put the otherwise misdirected question properly. But we want to lay it all on religion alone, right?

Let's have Saudi Arabia invade and take over the US, just to do something so stupid as logical extension. How much of the resistance to this should we keep as a purely secular matter, Butch? No doubt, if any one resistance faction came forth from a Christian group, all the world would know that Christianity is an inherently violent religion, and people would be all over the internet with all these links to prove what hypocrites they are, and how that religion is inherently more violent than others.
