Status: offline 		Arresting a criminal is not an assassination so stop taking things out of context. If Obama and his son would not drop their weapons and surrender and they wanted to fight to the death that doesn't mean it was an assassination.

Your question is irrelevant to the point I made. I hope you understand it. If important evidence disappears very fast without anybody independently examining it, there is a big problem. Everybody with thinking ability should understand it.

And I feel the need to correct you. You stated "Everybody with thinking ability should understand it." I would qualify that statement by saying "In my opinion, everybody" and so on. You see? It's your opinion, you are not stating a fact.

I'm confused about the question here. Do you have issue with Hersh/Oblermann calling the navy SEAL team which assassinated Bin Laden a navy SEAL team with the goal of assassinating Bin Laden? Or is it that assassination is extrajudicial, and therefore in conflict with the due process and equal protection clauses which prohibit some government action unless explicitly delegated?

I'm not up to what the SEALS were doing in 2009. It hasn't gotten much press has it? I don't have time to watch the video, but generally I reserve my disdain for those who decide policy and strategy and give stupid orders (e.g.: Invade Iraq when Bin Laden is being sheltered by the ISI in Pakistan... )

Olbermann's best sets came when he looked in the camera and called Bush and Cheney douchebags to their faces.. (metaphorically)... Without them, he's at a bit of a loss. Sy Hersh? Well, he's Sy Hersh, what did you expect?
