I've noticed many of you on CM have a very certain way of describing yourselves and what you are interested in/looking for etc
I'd just be grateful if someone would take the time to help me write out a new profile text to get me going, and to attract more doms as I've had no luck so far.

It's shocking that you joined yesterday and still haven't had any luck. The rest of us managed to net a sweety within, on average, 37 minutes.

The link sunny provided is a good source of advice, to avoid the pitfalls many new subs fall into.

Take the time to figure out exactly the type of person you want to attract, then figure out what it is about you that might attract that sort of person. This process can take a lot of time. I spent a couple weeks on this step. Then sit down and write your profile text. Write it, rewrite it, rearrange it, adjust it, tweak it, (it took me nearly 3 hours to get mine the way I wanted it).

Then, and only then post it to your profile.

It's not too bad, but you may want to look for a suitable dominant, just a thought...

Might be better to phrase that a bit different, talk about building a relationship and that - in time - you'd be willing to relocate, takes the pressure off a bit and doesn't make you sound so needy and clean up your grammar, you are looking for a potential partner but if you give it less attention than you give a job application, it doesn't make the best impression.

Then realize it will take time, you don't walk into a pub or a bar and expect to meet your match within minutes.

No point in inviting people to ask questions, they won't unless you give more information to raise them. You need a spelling and grammar check, it does make a difference in how well-presented you are. the reference to not wanting to sound too desterate makes you sound desperate. ;)

It's good that you mention you have limits, I would suggest inviting discussion about that point. You might want to find a way of phrasing that you're looking for the right relationship, which doesn't sound desperate.
