I believe they are ill advised to be polite. I know from reading profiles on the other side they are not appreciated by many. Soooo PBM what do you think of cartoon (anime) avatars?

I think, in most cases, they lack imagination and are rather boring. Particularly the ones with the versions of cartoon guys with swollen genitals getting nailed with a strap on. Soooo, PBM, does it take you a while to get used to it when somebody changes their avatar or their profile name?

I fail to recall the title or topic .. I has been a good while since I read a book cover to cover. AT one time, I was working on a lesser known ... not made into a movie Tom Clancy hard cover book, but had to set it down. Nope. If I'm going to read a book, it's going to have the voices I come up with in my head. That's probably why I have a hard time watching a tv series made from a book that I've actuallly read. Soooooo............PBM.......... When was the last time you reached out to a friend in need?

Last summer .. it took a couple of months to make it work, I let a buddy have a old car under market and financed (0% APR) the sale myself. Easier to say which I dislike the least. But, I can easily say I truly enjoyed the 1960's Cuban Missile Crisis Ear "First Class". The script was more accurate to the material (meaning X-Men publications FROM the early 1960's) AND had faboo casting. As for icons and avatar pics it depends on whether it's something someone can create themselves at a corporate payment for freelance work rate rather than someone who merely uses the kink version of "boudoir photography mixes with Frederick's of Hollywood". Sooo, Person Beneath Me, you've never been someone who Librarians worried about being the ne'r do wells boinking in the back stalls.

Not really, it pissed me off as a "Bait and Switch". You probably have never seen the Neal Adams illustrated Batman which was never goofy or perused the original first 7 stories in which he was worse than any character in Breaking Bad. We both know you actually don't know much of anything about the history of the character aside from an Entertainment Tonight soundbyte, to be fair. aside from some stuff you accidentally saw as a kid on tv and some bad 1990's films. Soooo person Beneath Me, You have at least read an unexpurgated copy of Venus In Furs.

1984 was required reading in school. After three weeks torture, I KNEW the teacher should have moved on the first day. While she dissected the book, theme and characters every way imaginable, That comparison never came up. After such torture, I made a point NOT to see the movie which came ouit some years later. ================= Sooooo, Person Beneath Me has done a similar analysis to LadyPact for the Brave New World..

No, it wasn't on the curriculum even though I REQUESTED it to be. Then again, Catholic Schools before the mid '90's were not cool on any stories that dealt with manipulated biological existance and how that might affect the concept of a pre-determined soul. The fact that I said that Catholics should embrace the Free Will, versus the Prottie 'all decisions are pre-made', to discuss the book did not go over well. Sooooo Person Beneath Me, You have seen Disney's Song of the South, before it was "disappeared" from public existance.
