OK I'm going to rant ... Feel free to skip this post if you actually support the amputation of human body parts during a BDSM scene ...

What is it with these guys who want us girls to remove their testicles? They want em off so damned badly, get a rubber band and a butcher knife and go to it! Haven't they heard that girls are supposed to be cute and soft and pink and gentle? I mean my lord ... Besides that, when someone *actually* does take them up on it and cut off their balls, what happens? The Mistress is turned into some horrible monster who brutally savaged and maimed this poor innocent victimized male. Excuse me? Why doesn't anyone in authority ever look at these guys and go, dude ... You asked for it. And how come you never hear about the 'victim' standing up and saying, hey no I asked her to do this! But really, to me, this kind of thing isn't about kink. Its about what happens when the guy decides he actually liked having his balls and now wants to sue your ass for whacking them off. Its about what happens when people in authority start calling BDSM people monsters because yet another 'victim' has been horrifically 'maimed' at the hands of a dominatrix. So ... Yes ... I ranted.

Probably the most serious damage that might occur to the balls during erotic genitorture -- which is not to say that it's likely -- is rupture of a testicle. This is when the outer covering of the ball splits and allows the contents to spill out into the scrotal sac. Besides causing extreme pain, often accompanied by nausea, a ruptured testicle will make the scrotum swell rapidly, and internal bleeding will nearly always create a large hematoma. The ballsac will appear black and blue and be massively enlarged. If this happens, go to an emergency room immediately! The most likely causes are suddenly yanking on the balls or hitting them with a heavy, blunt instrument. The problem with "ball popping" as a kink has less to do with the pop-ee's state of consent than with the legal consequences for everybody in the BDSM community when this kind of stupid stunt hits the papers because the bottom ends up in the hospital or dead. And that's why this is a case of "no, this kink really isn't okay". It causes harm to other people without their consent.

Doing radically unsafe shit with a serious potential for public backlash can cause big problems for everybody in the BDSM community, which is why this kind of kink is not going to get a nod and a smile and a YKIOK.

OH thanks EVERYONE for the replies.
I want to perform my regular CBT but he's so wanton of that split that crouchingtigress posted. I can't imagine!! It is so way beyond anything I have ever done. AND I don't/will NOT want to do that. But maybe to make him "think" otherwise? He even begs me to cut off his balls, this is not the first time I get a request like that. What's with that?

Eh, guys come in with fantasies like this. Tell him sternly that you're REALLY GOING TO DO IT THIS TIME. Shave him to "surgically" prepare him for the procedure. Wipe it down with Betadine. Torture the hell out of him, within health and safety limits. Then when you're done with the session, tell him that you've decided to let him off the hook this time, but NEXT TIME he will REALLY GET HIS BALLS CUT OFF. Repeat this procedure next time, and so on, ad infinitum. Considering that someone is currently being prosecuted for performing castrations without a medical license, I think it's unwise for anyone to comment, and certainly to offer advice about how to do anything like this. In fact, for legal reasons, CM might want to consider pulling this thread entirely.

When taking some self-defense classes awhile ago we were informed that such damage to the scrotum and testicles is easily fatal - so...not a recommended activity ya' got there.

Dear Najakcharmer, Ladies and Gentlemen;

I've taken it a bit further, to which having worked with "balls" -- I suppose I have been blessed with the experiences of working with cowboys and "steers and bulls," to which removal of said "balls" was a procedure done by vets and cowboys also. So, I have been blessed with the looks and textures. That said, I take a couple of eggs and boil them, peel; then dunk them in some dark left over Easter Egg blue dye so it creates a blue cast color. Then take red food dye and paint a few deep red veins. I then put it into a jar, filling it with clear or yellowish syrup and or oil that is thick. I also take apple sauce and spoon about 1 cup's worth into suran wrap, twist and tie off and put that into another jar.

I have that all ready to pull out for my props. Then, like you I do the prep for surgery. Ice around the genitals, handsoap soak on a old credit card or back of a plastic knife, drag and feels like blood if its pre-warmed. Can use shampoo also. I also make a _/\_ out of a good length of duct tape and put it over the site where I'm to cut when its a tad numb from the ice. I take a a big needle and thread, something like sewing leather and then I do "sew up" by punching through the /\ part, which the __ part draws the skin together, as a sensation of being stitched up. So, by time the "victim" is sewn the duct tape will look like _||_; the mind and sensories do so much for those with creative minds.

I'm sure there are others out there that have similar ideas and I do hope they'll share.

When the scene is to end, pop off the blind fold and they can see the nuts and inside of what nuts look like in a jar. The look is priceless. The first thing they grab for is their... well, everybody gets the idea.
