Angel, I just shared this here because I just ran across it. However for the last few months my friends and I have been altering our diets with very positive results. Better numbers in BP better blood tests, reductions in medications, one person is a triathlete who is doing more with a lower heart rate. Weight loss just happens when you concentrate on eating healthy with a focus on getting micronutrients. If you have not seen it yet I recommend the movie Forks Over Knives. "The feature film Forks Over Knives examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting animal-based and processed foods." (they don't recommend eating fish) The doctor in that movie has a 20 year record of reversing heart disease, even in people "too sick to help". And his studies are peer reviewed. edit: grammer
