Probably won't affect your hair, but do ditch the Tide detergent. I use All Free & Clear liquid detergent - I was actually sent to a specialty hospital for a week by my allergist and that is one of the things they STRONGLY suggest - it is even better than Ivory Snow or Dreft. Tide (even the Free variety) is one of the harshest detergents - probably why it works so well. Someone else mentioned it already, but don't shower/bathe with HOT water, use warm even though hot makes you temporarily feel better. Try to take 2 lukewarm baths (15-20 minutes) per day with nothing but water (and keep your whole body, including head, under the water as much as possible - you want to saturate all the skin), and then a quick shower with shampoo no more than once a day. The soaps/shampoos dry out your skin & hair, and unless you are vigorously exercising or otherwise perspiring, you really don't need that much. As soon as you get out of the tub, pat dry (don't rub) and smooth a gentle unscented lotion/cream all over. Vanicream or Lubrex are my favorites. BTW - I actually cannot use Pantene - I like what it does for my hair (volume, body, etc.), but my scalp hates it .
