I was going to say Star gate (1958) by Andre Norton, but then I gathered that the question concerns the posters here. There are various posters that stick up above the gray masses for me. I remember their nicks, if not what their nature and interests are. Infrequently, when one of their posts is at the top of a forum, I may click on it to read what they did write; though generally I do not follow people around. I could live with most of them, I think. Other posters simply belong to the gray masses and I may not remember anything about them. And yet other posters I have hidden from my view. For one reason or another I consider them to be bad eggs; sometimes because they use illegible or weird fonts.

I may not follow folks around the different threads, but there are quite a few, both old and new posters. Naming names would take a while, I'll just say that everyone's pretty much already listed someplace else here. Most of them are already mentioned here as far as the older posters. I lurked and learned from quite a few of you long before I made my first post. Between the way you presented your posts and the things I learned, I really gained alot from CM than I did from any of the other places. I know that you all will always answer questions honestly, and with the experience to back it up. The newer folks, well, I'm loving ya'll for the humor you provide on a daily basis! And this place has been a great place for me lately.....I can count on someone making me smile! The Bunny, the Hen, Honeypaws, Heather and Hannah, Lily, Greedy.....ya'll are the best! Arpig, Syl, LP, LaT....you guys make me laugh and think. I love your no-nonsense style, and yep, even your snark! And there are so many more.....if I wasn't so sleep deprived, I'd be able to keep going. I don't get into much more than P&RS and Off Topic Discussions, but when I wander, I check out what folks have to say.

Interesting question! I tend to gloss over most areas in the forums but the politics and off topic areas i feel I can safely comment in and thus my experience is a bit light for CM. Greedy Top because she is funny and seems to be a free spirit Jeffffffffffffffff because the way his mind works and his dry humour Arpig because, well im buggered if I can put my finger on it so just Coz Any of the subMafia tend to tickle my interest too because you have to keep tabs on the buggers lest they pop up in close proximity with a hammer and some nails wearing "Its ALWAYS CBT time" tee shirts. Im sure there are others but ive not spent as much time here as I should so their names escape me. SP&J

LadyPact. I recently had a dream about her, actually - that she was "hired" by CollarMe to pose as a poster who knows what she's doing in order for the site to seem more credible. I guess that's subconsciously my way of telling myself to listen to her. SailingBum. I have no idea why. I'm fascinated. Usually his tone is stronger than I would use, but his views are often (but definitely not always) similar to mine. DarkSteven. Who doesn't love Dark Steven? ChatteParfait. Again, no idea why. She and I seem pretty different, from what I can tell. But I like her. NocturnalStalker. I know. Go ahead and shoot me. Always found his posts interesting/entertaining. LillyBoBeep. Everything she says seems to make sense, and she is courteous. Note - I am drawn to those posters who posts pictures of themselves. It's not a conscious decision - I just noticed this a few weeks ago for some reason - that my "favorites" all have pictures of themselves, and so I do believe that must have something to do with my feeling like I want to hear what they say. (Which is also why I changed my picture. Figured, maybe others feel the same way.)

I pay attention to many people on fetlife. Out here not so much anymore. I promised not to add anything of humor to my posts. I think I have succeeded in spades. Jefff rarely posts out here anymore because there is little if anything of interest going on. We are still hop bonded brothers and this site does occasionally make it into our conversations over some tasty craft brews. Remember how much fun this place used to be? It's rather sad what it has evolved into today. Nature's first green is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower; But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf. So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day. Nothing gold can stay. stay gold, Ponyboy, Jefff and Domiguy...sob
