I have been around the internet for a good long while now, and involved with political discussion in a few venues. There is a man that eventually comes up every time you are in a political chatroom or a message board, and that is Alex Jones.

I have been through this man's videos, his site, and listened to clips from his show, so I am not going just on what people say about him, but I have researched it myself... the man is kinda dangerous. He talks about mainstream news stories, spins them to show evil intent on the part of people in the government, he then mixes this weird editorializing of the news with outright lies. He releases faux pictures to his audience to show FEMA concentration camps, etc. He advocates sedition as political action, and basically he is brainwashing people into nutbaggery.

I wanted to see what other people think of him, here is a video clip where he claims the government wants to make us homosexual to keep the population down. I am throwing it out there as an example of what this guy does.

Alex is correct. Tho it is not to make people gay- it is to reduce the birthrate.

I spent a couple of days on his site analyzing it to see what it was about... this is about 8 years ago. He uses fear to get people to shut off the higher reasoning parts of their brain. He is really quite good at what he does. He takes mainstream stories and then he lies about what is really in them, and since his audience was never taught to analyse source data, they just believe him.

What I have been trying to tell Hunky is that he can't just believe him, he LIES. And if you are going to read a site for news, it is important it has some level of credibility....

I am not in a mood for one of his rants today. I know the drill. You underestimate the basic premise of his thing. The elite govern us. and not always for our own good.

Honestly- I think you are so biased that you can not focus on white papers- where he gets his stuff from- you cant see the bigger picture. If the world was such a loving place - we would not be at war with everyone and every thing.

You also neglect to consider the spread of CEO pay to the average worker and how trickle down has not worked.

Your outlook is the very thing that the elite depend on to control us toward their end.

On some issues yes.

You have college. Alot of media consumption is watered and filtered down. Sort of how like when there is a bill in congress and people here look at the actual bill rather then go by their choice gurus.

No "man"/human is going to "save us". In the end we are all responsible for our fate. So don't get me wrong about his links on that. I do not view him or anyone as a savior. I must live with the sum of all my decisions in life. As you know I like silver the physical and not stocks. In the end- I made the final choice on that. I will have to live with the outcome- good bad or other wise.

The problem with Alex Jones is his mouth. I mean he must have some sources where he gets information, and if he would just report it that would be one thing. But he spins with the best of them, just a different way.

There is no doubt this government is corrupt and lusts for total power, as well as all the money. The way Jones presents things though is so outrageous that it's actually counterproductive - if the goal is to actually inform. The actual information presented is not that bad, at least it wasn't...... HB XXXX says this, the patriot act says that. Then he draws conclusions.

Anyone can probably find the same informaton he gets, all we need is for someone to present it without WW2 footage and shit like that. He's actually more of a producer than a newsman. Not that the establishment media isn't, but Jones is so clumsy with it, he turns people off. I call that counterproductive. If "they" were worried about him at all he would either disappear, or get "braiwashed" or "reprogrammed" or something like that. lol
