How is not taking a parental role in with someone else's kids, not liking them, or not wanting them there? It makes sense to me in a way to not discipline someone elses kids, if your not comfortable going there. to me it's not, not liking them, or not wanting them, it's feeling that it's not your place to do so.

Art,,

Since your bound and determined to continue this show, I thought you might as well get paid for it.

http://www.jerryspringertv.com/be_a_guest.php#story_form

I would suggest you call Renee under the heading:
Are you involved in family drama and want to be on our show?

So, you are admitting that you dislike Tammy's kids, and saying that she is an unfit mother? Because that's what the words you quoted mean.

Knowing you as well as the kids very well I do know the issue boils down to the children living up to your expectations because for the longest time you allowed them to act this way and in fact, for a winter several years ago, they actually ran your home while you were very, very sick and it was not pretty. So, now when you challenge them to act differently than the norm they naturally resist and they test your resolve while expecting little punishment or consistency. Unfortunately they were correct because before changing them you had to change yourself, your expectations in yourself, how you discipline them and how well you communicate and enforce your expectation of them.

Arturas

You're RIGHT, Arturas.  What she needs is a Master to come into her home because he would take charge of the situation and not just sit around and watch all hell break loose without doing something.

Oh, wait.....

Now here's a guy who is forever trying to be a narcissist. By God he's going to tell me what to do to fix it and he thinks all it takes is to be a Master (like him, presumably) and take charge, by God.

Slow down. Take a breath. Reread the post she made...here it is...you've read it the opposite of it's context. I've underlined what you missed ...

I believe that YOU should slow down and re-read the stuff I bolded that YOU quoted and stated should be repeated.

And yeah.........I tried snipping and just fucked the quote shit all up......but I think the content prior to my post should clarify where I fucked it up.

Anyone notice that Artie hasn't posted since? Not that it's a surprise considering it backfired so splendidly.

Guess that theory sucks.

But I do need to get back to the real world. In that world, tam is staying at least through the 15th of next month and we are talking and working on the discipline situation, our expectations and working out where four cats need to live for the present and the answer to that will be outside and not in the corner bedroom.

You know what theory doesn't suck though?  The one I made yesterday, when I said these two were no doubt going to get back together.  Good luck you two crazy kids!

Frontline-Plus or Revolution (preferred) for four cats will add a nice monthly tab to your budget.

I'm sure you wouldn't be thinking of just kicking them outside and wishing them "good luck".

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Those with narcissistic personality disorder believe that they're superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism.

Believing that you're better than others
Fantasizing about power, success and attractiveness
Exaggerating your achievements or talents
Expecting constant praise and admiration
Believing that you're special and acting accordingly
Failing to recognize other people's emotions and feelings
Expecting others to go along with your ideas and plans
Taking advantage of others
Expressing disdain for those you feel are inferior
Being jealous of others
Believing that others are jealous of you
Trouble keeping healthy relationships
Setting unrealistic goals
Being easily hurt and rejected
Having a fragile self-esteem
Appearing as tough-minded or unemotional

Yeah, this sounds like DarkSteven.

Ha. We already buy that for our inside cats. We have dogs, who MUST go outside and even using those types of products on them they can bring things/friends home.

I do hope all the kitty-shots are up to date. 4 at once would SUCK.

Narcissism is the personality trait of egotism, vanity, conceit, or simple selfishness. Since opening my house up to others cannot be selfish then the most you can accuse me of is egotism, vanity, conceit and all of those have a welcome place in any dominant personality. So, basically you are calling me a Dom.

Well that depends on why you have the others there, and how you treat them. And in particular, I'm very much looking forward to comments on your claim that "egotism, vanity, and conceit" find "a welcome place in any dominant personality." Because I feel reasonably confident that a complete narcissist would be the worst possible Dom, no matter that it may please him to style himself as one.

K.

A complete narcissist loves only themselves and clearly that is not me. A complete narcissist would not bother to come on here at all and write a thing to people he does not know and will never see and from whom he will never receive anything of substance. Most Doms and most leaders are narcissists so keep calling me one.

It isn't bad enough that you continue to claim how wonderful and successful you are. But then you attempt to "out wit" everyone by providing *your* definition of a narcissist. Obviously, it came from what you believe is your wonderfully intelligent mind.

Guess what? Your definistion is completely wrong. You seem to neglect the fact that a complete narcissist will always place blame for issues on others, with no fault ever falling upon themselves. Sound familiar? It was ALL Tammy's problem to fix. It was ALL about what Tammy's children don't manage to do.

Take a look at Aylee's post a bit furth up, for more detail.

But that post cynched it for me. You not only bear at the minimum, HALF the fault of the failure of this relationship, but you have spent the entirity of your daughter's life setting a bad example, and three years causing damage to children that aren't even yours. How? By your very presence and inaction.

Of course, you believe being an egotistical fuckwit is a good characteristic for a master, so you won't ever see that. God knows, it would be hysterical if you ever found another partner on this site, although I'm sure there are some slaves over on the Gor board who would love to mistreated and misdirected by you.

Certainly, there must be at least one or two s-types here who are even more damaged and deluded about life than Tammy. Put out a search, I'm sure they will come running to the "wonderful" house of arturas (caps missing on purpose).

Not so sure Lafayette Lady....he is well known over there too.  Gorean slaves aren't stupid, most recognize a man unable to master himself, let alone another.

Thanks for saving me the keystrokes, Lisa. I would just add that you shouldn't write things you know nothing about, it makes you look foolish.
