i'm glad you feel that way, but i think i'll take this opportunity to make a few fucking observations on that.

i don't think i have a monopoly on truth. there's only one truth, and all the evidence points to what i think it is, and there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support the opposing view. i have in the past when discussing religion invited anybody to provide one single shred of verifiable evidence that any fucking deity of any description has ever existed. so far nobody has taken me up on my fucking challenge. i interpret this to be an admission of those who disagree with me that they are unable to do so, which only reinforces my conclusion. so not the truth, just the only reasonable conclusion given the evidence at hand.

yes i admit i have very little tolerance for most theists, not their views, but their behaviour. again i've said it before, if you're going to espouse unsupportable speculation as truth, don't fucking blame me if you get questioned on it. yet questioning it and pointing out the flaws in the belief is labelled intolerance, and i have little fucking tolerance for that fucking bullshit game.

What you see as a simplistic reduction, i see as a stripping away of the deliberately opaque window dressing and complication of what is indeed a very simple question this obscurement in mystic vagueness is done specifically to render it difficult, if not impossible, to actually examine the various answers that have been proposed.

i do not fucking feel oppressed or marginalized by any society, i have no beef with western fucking society based on religion. i hold the same view of shintoists and anabaptists. i resent these people insisting that their bizarre beliefs, which are based on nothing fucking substantiatable, be treated with special consideration that is not extended to other ideas and beliefs of an equally fucking delusional nature.

i don't think that people who believe in the existence of a god are morons, i think they are delusional. they are not stupid, they are suffering from a form a very prevalent of mental illness brought about by our brains evolving just a little further than was really useful in one particular direction.

so while my very fucking firm stance, is indeed atheistic, it really has fuck all to do with the what is described in your quotes.

i find it really fucking flattering that you all find me so fucking fascinating that you keep going off on a tangent to discuss me and my nature and fucking motivations. but it is also very telling that you will not actually contest my ideas with anything substantial.

when this is done, i'll discuss the fuck out of it, and have several times modified my position based on the arguments of somebody else. this is why i have a love/hate approach to debating shit with gungadin09. she's fucking good at actually picking apart my positions with reason rather than fucking emotion.

anyway, please feel free to continue to speculate about me, like i said, its really very fucking flattering.

Yet again, your "argument" is based on an assumed belief, just as those you're dismissing, and in that regard, no better.

You haven't proven anything aside from the fact that you like to say fuck, you are frenetic and really pretty damn funny. You cannot prove God, Allah, Yahwee or whichever deity someone wishes to worship, does not exist. As no one else can prove the existence of such a deity. It all has to do with Faith, belief and it defies logic but, 100 years ago so did a flight to the moon.
