I think about this a lot(I'm 52 years old). For many of us, BDSM has become more cerebral, more intellectual and often times more exciting. Although we can't do the things we colud do in our 20s, we still have a great time! I would tell you, but that's one of those senior secrets. Hopefully, you young'uns wil found out one of these days!

Buttersquash2000, When the slave is sick, the Dominant has choices -- one to be the care giver/provider or have another slave to do the task, especially if a poly household. The Dominant could easily create a scene by bondage a sick slave and feed them from their bedside, etc. So, there are options. Sometimes the creative juices on 'adapt' need help from a outside source or a friend whispering in the Dominant's ear. I like older slaves myself -- (they don't run away so fast) I too am getting older and I am not as able as I once was. So, there is no shame in that. Instead of kneeling, they can sit and if they can't get off the floor as easy, they can sit on a stool or sit in a chair where they are still in protocol and position. In all -- reality must override fantasy. I'd keep a faithful slave and quality forever. Lady Hugs

How common is it for a slave to have some "fuck you" money set aside, for just such a contingency? Boy I sure would, but I guess I wouldn't be a very good slave.

I don't care if i'm hooked up to dialisis, on a ventilator, and have to wear a diaper at a ripe old age. I'll still be just as into them as i was in my teens, i just won't be able to chase them down without charging up my rascal. Heck, I can put all the toys in the basket, just imagine how awesome it will be to come scooting up cracking a whip and yelling, "master wants his desert!!"
