A Personal Milestone - 7/27/2011 8:27:28 PM

So back in December of last year, I messed up my right knee in a training accident. An MRI showed I had torn my acl, pcl, mcl, meniscus, and had significant bone bruising throughout.

On February 1st I had acl reconstruction, using one of my hamstrings, and meniscus repair (repaired one side, cut off the other).

And tonight I deep squatted (hit parallel) 375. No gear, no knee brace nor weight belt. For whatever reason I had set 375 as a personal goal some time ago, and tonight I finally hit it. It's not much, but it's a start.

I'm feeling rather good right now, and thought I'd share with all you guys and gals.

Knee injuries are nothing to mess with.     My knee is messed up.    It will always be messed up.

So now that you are back to normal, your pics are going to be even hotter than they already are? I don't know if my heart's able to take it.

Congrats on that. Especially after all that surgery. You'll see 500 in no time.

"And tonight I deep squatted (hit parallel) 375. "

That is pretty fucking good. But I am here to say one thing and you can take it with a grain of salt, or whatever you want.

Once a week call up a pizza joint and order hot wings. Tell them you want them extra well done and extra crispy. Pick them up and when you do, say that they are not done enough and to cook them somemore. Then you take them home. They may be resaucesed but that doesn't matter.

Eat them from the ends, stick one end in your mouth and inhale it as if you haven't eaten in a year. Swallow all that cartilage and shit. Chew it up and eat it, for real. What you are doing there is eating the supplements given to the chicken, which they have to do. It goes where it needs to go. Otherwise they would not make it to maturity.

Your digestive tract will break it all down, but that's the whole point. Your body gains the nutrients it needs to build healthy cartilage from guess what - cartilage. The knee is the most beat on part of the human body, we all know that. But in the joints of the animals we eat are the building blocks of cartilage. If you eat the right part.

I have a whole different way of looking at this, and it works. If you want details say so, or shoot me a mail. But my plan is not something that COULD work. It is something that DID work. The chicken wang thang is only a part of it.

T^T
