Does he have the right to tell such jokes? Yup again. Free speech also includes the speech of those who disagree with you. The problem with that is simple. Rush portrays himself as a news man not an entertainer. then when he makes comments such as these he says Hey, I'm an entertainer, I don't do news everyone knows I'm not serious He can't have it both ways, just like like his drug use, or sex scandals, where he trashes others for the very same problems he has had in the pass, but finds the behavior OK for him

Ahhh, so you commented on all of her comments but actually stopped after the first one (which I agree took some parsing!) Translation: Rush often prefaces an outrageous statement with a warning that it is intended to tweak the MSM, but the warning is never included when the outrage hits the fan.
