I almost thought this was a necro thread. I suppose it is to a lesser extent.
The main issue with this is that people can be very malicious and butt hurt here. If I turn somebody down, I typically gert a "fuck you,bitch" response.
So if there was a rating system in place- how do you think that would pan out?

However at least it would be a lot harder for the 90% of time wasters who simply can’t be bothered to do this, and it could be a made a bit harder too if the average user ratings, of the average positive-negative ratter of your profile was published as well (i.e. if everyone to have given you a bad-good rating has themselves a bad rating, then that indicates not all is as it seems).
So do you think this is a good idea?
