Another cookie-cutter utopia - look, we're all different and that's the way it's supposed to be. Trust me, if BlkTallFullfig looked like me, there'd be a lot less interest in her (Sorry, BlkTallFullfig, but looking like a middle aged white guy just ain't your thing :-D)

ok, i don't come to the forums often so i am way late in replying to this topic, but as a "fat person" i am the one who is shocked. i personally am very offended by this whole thing, and i really want to say how dare you judge me for how i look or why i am this way. seems like you are the one with this issue, not the other "fat people" you have encountered. no, i am not truly happy with my weight, but i will be damned if i am with a man who hates fat people, that to me is bullshit. my Dom loves me for me, and He supports me if i wish to lose weight or not. maybe there are many people in the lifestyle who are overweight, but so what, who really cares? why would you be focusing so much on the other peoples looks? i know when i start critizing people its because i do not want to look at myself. but thats just me. i have dealt too long with judgemental people, both here and in my personal life, i chose to surround myself with people who accept me for me, fat ot otherwise. if my Sir started saying He hated fat people, i would be out of there so fast. i agree with many here, if you are with someone who things they can change you into what THEY want, honey, you are in for a heartbreak. i did that in the past, did everything this jerk wanted me to do, i wound up in the hospital with kidney failure because i was not permitted to pee when i needed to. He wanted to change me into some mindless machine, umm, sorry not me. of course you will do as you please, which is fine, to each there own, but geezus, ease up on those who are fat and happy. don't let what others look like bother you so much...this is just my opinion, take it for what its worth and i am sure i will get blasted for some of what i said, oh well.

I wont lie.. I weigh 190.. I hold my weight well, I am thick, curvey and plenty to love. I dont consider myself fat, in fact on the little heigth weight ratio I am just bordering overweight/fat.. I am overweight.. and personally, I LOVE IT. And I want a man with meat too, I want strong arms, large body, something I can CUDDLE with! Ooo be held by.. and much much more. There are different body types and different desires and plenty of everything to go around.

Ehh.. good question.. personally Im uncertain as to why there are so many and while I judge a person inwardly rather than outward appearance I feel its a health issue if a sub/slave is obese or a tubbie subbie as I endearingly refer to them as. Although I will say a big ass does make a better target! teasing! lol

My one caveat about taking on an extra large sub, would be practical: I have kind of a small place, and no plans to move anytime soon - the size makes it easy to maintain, but I've had to carefully choose the furniture to maximimise utility, and even custom build a lot of it - I would have to practically re-engineer the whole place to accomodate anyone substantially larger than myself.

Sounds silly maybe, but there ya go.

I think that while loosing weight is wonderful, it's much much more important to learn to love yourself no matter what body you're wearing. While loosing weight would probably make me feel even better about myself, I'm much happier knowing that I love my body becuase it's -my- body. I think that it's good to love -yourself- and to be sexy because you are a sexy individual.

As i read this, i hae to whip away a tear, for lover of self and beauty is what matters. Not weight, lack of it or more of it. If you as a person, love and respect yourself, then that is what matters. At one time in my life i weighed 250 pounds
i lost over 100 of that, and i was a size 10 but still weighted 145 pounds. I am 5 '5 and i am 55 years old. I love myself, and i lost weight for me. It was for me, and i am very proud of what i am now but i was also proud of what i was then. I was in a poly home and i was the smallest there, but that had nothing to do with lifestyle that had to do with Masters desries. You say that your Master hates fat ppl, so what else does he hate. For this lifestyle, acceptance in all is part of it. Being fat, skinny, ugly or beautiful, pain slut, or not, you are you and you are a reflection of your Master so if he hates Hummm maybe that is why you hate?

I'm only overweight because I've had problems with weight gain with my first born, and then water weight gain from being on the pill shortly afterward.
I also had problems with my reproductive organs, and before I could even fix that, I got pregnant with a 2nd.
Had a miscarriage, and am slowly losing weight (6 pounds in the past month WOOHOO. It's something.)

Why worry about all the other people on the site or in the lifestyle? You should worry more about yourself and your Master.

I'm not happy with my size, because I know I can fix it.
But I'm happy being a thick girl.
Big bust, Big butt, nice hips, and soft skin.
I love it.
I just wish to be a bit smaller in the face/stomach/thighs...like I used to be.

It shouldn't be our weight that matters most (unless you're just 100% unhealthy, and it becomes dangerous...like anorexic/bulemic or severe/morbid obesity)...it should be who we are on the inside.

Some people just look really unhealthy - thin or fat -.

Just look at yourself long and hard in the mirror...and really wonder why you're losing that weight in the first place.
Yourself because YOU think it's right...
Or your Master...who sounds like he just wants to mold you into that "perfect model"?

Even though you're submissive, you're allowed to be a little selfish.
Do it for yourself and your health, first and foremost.
And then tone it up if you want it for your Master.

But never ever do things, that deal with your body, just because someone told you to.

This whole thing is BS. Size matters to some, be it body, dick, tits.
Size and health matters to some in the activities they like to share.
Age matters for similar reasons.
Sure we can all be wonderful people on the inside, or assholes too. But the physical matters in many ways.
If I can find almost zero physical erotic attraction to someone on the physical level, and am seeking a physical erotic relationship, SIZE etc MATTERS!!
Get over it!!
If I am looking for a good friend it leaves more options open. But then can they go climbing or skiing with me? And other physical activities?
I am in reasonably good health and active. I have a certain range of what is erotic to me. A person who is looking for an all round relationship has to consider their limitations and the possible partners limitations in many facets. Weight is one of them. Why get pissed off about it!!
If you are straight, are you a narrow minded asshole for not considering an erotic relationship with someone of the same sex?

Why do some people on this list obsess about what other people (most of whom they do not know and will never meet) do and/or look like?
Is it that they so need to conform that they must check on what everyone else is doing, to be sure they are doing it "right"? And then they move from there to being self-elected sheriffs making sure everyone else is conforming to what they perceive to be the "rules".
What is it so hard to understand that there **are** no rules except those between the people involved in a given activity, and that the words used are defined by their users, not by onlookers?

And as for size...why would anyone concern themselves with what other people look like? Maybe they want to belong to a club where only the beautiful people congregate, and the sight and thought of fat people makes them worry that they may have joined the wrong one and might be identified with these untouchables as a result. It seems to insult and enrage them to see fat people being treated as if they have a right to sexuality and a positive self-image.

Thank heavens, most people on this list, and most of those whom I have met in ten years of active participation in bdsm, can see what is on the inside of people rather than judging the outside.
As you know, we are all outside the norm here simply by being kinky, and our lives and choices would not be accepted by most "normal" folks, whether we are outwardly beautiful or not.
We congregate, therefore, in dungeons and groups of kinky friends in the real world, and in forums such as this on the internet, to be able to speak with others who are like minded...perhaps not in the details, but certainly in our choice to be different.
If we can't be non-conformists here...if some people on this list want us to conform to THEIR rules as a substitute for society's...then there really is no place for us to hang out safely, at all.
