It's more like if you ever are out of touch with civilazation and or carrying a wash rag isn't practical, like if your doing hard labour all day an worry bout keeping a little bit fresh, or camping, you know the kind where you're
actually in the wilderness with no sweet little sites with toilets, or showers. Or rv hook ups .
That's one example of unable to bathe right. I'd likei those wipes someone else mentioned too. Keep a few in my purse, then on those ungodly hot days where ya melt the moment you step outside, to freshen up on days ya're outside all day with no relief from pouring sweat from every inch of yaself.

I know I'm gonna kick myself for asking it, but...why? Why can't he get to a shower, bath or even a sink with a washclothe at least once a day? I've been trying to figure it out, and there's only two things I can come up with; homelessness, or your water got turned off. When I lived in a pre-civil war house, sometimes my shower would not work, I had a YMCA membership so just worked out every day and then showered.
