Part of masochism is liking stuff that you hate, puts you in unbearable pain, and/or scares the shit out of you. There are plenty of times that my partner or I are not absolutely enjoying every second, that's not the point. The point is rather than being disturbed, filing restraining orders, or criminal charges afterwards we are closer to one another, and ideally have learned something. See I can relate to Fire, 100% The other half does need to exist, but the same can be said for chicks like us. =p Some of the stuff I like, or the type of connection that fulfills me bothers some guys. Oh - one of our local groups brought in a guy from Oklahoma called Mason Alexander. He was really comfortable with sadism, but also talked about the "getting on with it" process.
