ORIGINAL: dollparts85 Woot. Switching to my old glasses appears to completely fixed it! Thanks so much, peppermint and everyone else. Eye is back to normal. Guess I should have posted sooner! haha When I went back to the optometrist after my problem with new glasses I was checked out again for free. Then I was accused of answering the "is A or B better" questions wrong. They couldn't, of course, have mistakenly checked the wrong box. (being sarcastic here) However, I did get a new prescription and was able to get the new script put into my new frames free of charge. Most glass places will not honor a prescription that is more than 6 months old. So even if you love your old prescription they will not make you new lenseswith that script just because you like them. You do need that new prescription. Typically it is a year with contact lenses, so I can't imagine glasses being a shorter period. In any case, I think she meant that when she went back to the doctor, she was going to ask him to switch the script back to the old one, not simply take it upon herself to do so. Did you know that your eyes can react differently to the "A" or "B" depending on what kind of day you are having? In other words, how much eye strain you might have been experiencing that day.
