well, of course there are quiet corners... no one can agree who's in charge of putting people in corners... not that I would listen anyway, but then again, I'm SAM...

Speaking of nekked twister and peanut butter cups...isn't it time to start thinking about bringing them out again...before all the peanut butter cups melt?  ,,,Mmmm second thought...melted peanut butter cups are a good thing too

       People are usually going to post in the forum that seems most appropriate to the question (usually....).  If things get a bit slow in here, so what?  Do you see the kind of crap that gets thrown around in "ask a Mistress?"

Also, since switches aren't "cool" we don't get nearly as many posers trying to prove that their chatroom experience means something.  I'd speculate that this forum has the highest percentage of actual people who do this stuff for real.
I have to agree. I have been approached by switches who, on their profile, have "dom" listed.  In private, they admit they love to switch.  Hmmm.

I admire those who are not afraid to admit being a "social outcast"  in the BDSM world...lol.

This forum does appear more pure, with more sincere disussions and concerns.

I've wondered the same thing, but I think it's what you said. When a switch has a question it's usually related to one or the other role, so it gets posted there instead of here.

I wish it was more active. You guys are a lot of fun and far less anal than many of the "straight" types.

However, to add to that point, there are questions which are switch only and can only really be bought up in a forum such as this one. My partner had one and the response was wonderful.

There are also plenty of questions where the querant would like a responce from both perspectives of Dom and sub. Rather than having to post in two different forums, you only need post once! It saves time, it's more efficiant, and usually, only a switch will be able to understand both sides of the question. I find that most of the time with people who identify only as Dom or only as sub, they'll think a question only has the one answer. I think switches are more likely to see "the big picture." Maybe that's because we're humanitarians... we don't exclude anyone! ^_^

We march to the beat of our own drums........floggers, whips, canes, etc. And it is nice to come into a forum that for the most part has few topics that get people all hot and bothered. I have yet to see a flame war start in this section.

Two switches in a flame war.

"You're an ass."

"You suck!"

"No way. It's YOUR turn to suck!"

"I sucked last week! I'm going to beat your ass!"

::claps hands:: "WooHoo!"

You can't fight Mother Nature.

I like that. It was funny as hell.  But are you sure it was 2 switches and not two personalities?:)  Cuz it kinda sounds like my mind when I switch.
