Thank you to all. I hear what you are saying, but I think that with trail periods and after that a strong agreed upon contract it just might work. You know if the Domme is not happy and it is not working she may opt out. As far as the issue of being fired by the boss, that too would need to be negotiated. First is making the living and the money to choose the way we want to live then the joys of the work relationship could take off from there. If the right team is created then it could work. The sub would also have to give up certain rights and offer privledges to his Domm'e in many ways. I do not expect it to be an easy thing to negotiate or navigate, but I think it may be able to be done. I had worked for a Female Owned and directed business and she was no less than my work Domm'e. It was hard and at times the lines were blurred, but it did work out. The contract between us had to be changed and made more real, but over a period of time it did work. yes there were rough spots and no it was not easy, but the relationship grew, the business grew and both of us were very happy that we had that type of expereince. I do appreciate your help in this. Oh yes the reason that relationship ended was, as stated in another comment, she found a bdsm husband and he took my job. LOL. Oh Well.
