RUSH: You know, liberals, ladies and gentlemen, are still in a state of shock and disbelief over the notion that "social issues" don't hurt Republicans. You see the reason for the manufactured, false, it-doesn't-really-exist attempt to convince people Republicans have a war on women... Which, again, as mayor of Realville: Republicans date women, they marry women, they have children with women. They take women to dinner. They buy women diamonds and open car doors for women. She brought it up indirectly to support her position. I simply made an obvious observation. Also, I agree that marrying women, raising families, opening car doors and bringing them gifts can be mutually exclusive from holding women in contempt and being "Anti-Woman" I also should point out there was no support given that this is the case the overwhelming majority of the time so no such negative position on Rush or myself, much less an insult, is in any way justified by that post.
