Just to show you the absolute idiocy of your statement:

Those people would be subject to a CIVIL suit, not a CRIMINAL suit, which has nothing to do with the FBI or the DOJ or the State of Florida. There is a huge difference between the two.

They are all coming out in support of Martin's family, so they certainly would go after them.

If (when) Zimmerman is found guilty, he certainly would be lacking a case against them.

There is nothing that the FBI/DOJ or State of Florida could file against them, since while what they are doing is certainly in poor taste, it is protected under free speech.

Spike Lee COULD have had a case against him for tweeting that incorrect address of that couple, but I'm sure his paying for their hotel stay and his apology included an agreement from the couple they wouldn't file.

Typically that would be true, but since Zimmerman was quoted as saying he thought this all would have "blown over by now," I find it hard to believe he feels any self recrimination or even guilt.

Actually, it isn't illegal. If it was, no time would have been wasted for those charges. After all, those people are all black, and as we all know, if you are black, there really isn't much else needed for a criminal charge.

Actually, yes, I was being VERY sarcastic.

And there is no proven racist in this case at all at this time. While I'm sure it would be comforting to put this whole incident into a neat little "it was all because the kid was black" box, that is not necessarily true.

For someone who seems to keep whining about the media being skewed, and the public lacking objectivity in this case, it would seem that only applies if you don't agree with what is being said.

It's not about race at all, legally.

Zimmerman is negligent at best, and a murderer at worst. Either way, he can tell his sob story to a Judge, because once the essential elements for charging him with a crime are met, I don't give a shit about anything he's got to say.

Just an "off-the-top-of-my-head" thought: Inciting a riot. If anyone had been hurt, there could have been a conspiracy charge (I'm speaking, specifically of Spike Lee, here) because he provided the mistaken information to thousands of people. Since it was mistaken information; wreckless endangerment.

Even had it been the correct address, what was Lee's intent? For the people receiving the information to hold a "candle light vigil" outside Zimmerman's house?

I know little about the NBP but, Jackson, Sharpton, and Lee have called for violence toward several people in the past. Sure, it's been couched but the intent was never tough to figure out.

Hell, the phrase: "No justice. No peace" implies breaking the law "disturbing the peace". But, let's face it; it's not politically correct to call these particular people what they are because they're part of a "protected" class.

The three "wise men" previously mentioned have repeatedly shown themselves to be race baiting, divisive, hate-mongering pricks and while I wish harm on no one, I'll shed no tears - actually, I'll breathe a sigh of relief - when any one of them goes to meet their maker.

It could be a hate crime if they can prove he was motivated by Trayvon's race. Other than that - and this admission worries me (Ha!) - I agree with you.
