So instead of providing all this "evidence" to the appropriate authorities, this guy writes a book. There is no statute of limitations on murder. OJ may have been found not guilty (which isn't the same as "innocent") of the murders, but he could still be charged as an accessory (which according to this guy he was), and the son could be charged with murder. Murder isn't something that prosecutors tend to just "let go" when they don't get the conviction they wanted. This was high profile, if there is any truth to what this Dear guy says, or possibility of it, they would want to prosecute.
